Professional Dancers for 2025

Aaron James

Aaron James, a creative director, choreographer, dancer, and actor, has been active in the professional entertainment industry for just over 16 years. He got his big break as he was a participant on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew in 2010 with his crew Royal Flush that he created along with his younger brother Jared James. Exposure from placing in the Top 8 on America’s Best Dance Crew propelled him into a full-fledged professional dancing career that gradually led to many other opportunities in the entertainment world. Aaron has graced the stage with many big names such as Pharrell, Little Big Town, Baby Keem, T- Pain, Jacob Latimore and more. Aaron has choreographed for many artists such as Jack Harlow and Lecrae just to name a few, as well as balancing an emerging acting career. You can find Aaron in many movies, television series & commercials currently airing on many major networks and streaming platforms. Aaron continues to expand his career as an emerging leader in Atlanta’s quickly expanding entertainment industry and loves being able to share what he learns with many young performers who wish to follow in similar footsteps.

Addison Warwick

Addison has been training since the young age of 7 and has explored many genres including Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Acrobatics, and more. Addison began as an instructor just before graduating from high school in 2016. He has and continues to choreograph and perform with many competition companies throughout Georgia. Most notably, he has been featured in music videos from local Atlanta artist WNTALN as well as performed live for artists such as Usher and Maroon 5.

Alaina Cardiges

Alaina has been dancing for more than 19 years. She has trained in various styles, including hip hop, ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary. She has also taught dance for over 8 years for ages 6 and older. She is grateful to be able to perform around the Atlanta area and is excited to be back for another year at Dancing for a Cause! She had so much fun at this event in 2022 and loves being able to share her passion for dance with the people in our community.

Danielle Aikens-Holland

Danielle Aikens-Holland has been dancing for 40 years and has performed numerous leading roles in The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Les Sylphides, La Bayadere, The Sleeping Beauty, and Beauty and the Beast. In 2002, she turned her love for dance to teaching, and founded Elevate Performing Arts Center (previously Northeast Georgia School of Music and Dance), which has allowed her to share her passion for music and dance and have a positive impact on hundreds of students over the last 17 years. She is proud that Elevate is the charter member of More Than Just Great Dancing affiliated studios for the state of Georgia. Danielle is thrilled to be taking part in Dancing for a Cause again this year!

Hannah Hicks

Hannah Hicks is a Gainesville native, a Samford University School of the Arts alumni, and soon-to-be graduate student at Oklahoma University pursuing a degree in Arts Management. She has been dancing for 15 years and specializes in Musical Theatre, Swing, and Jazz. Hannah has been a volunteer for Center Point for 8 years and is honored to be a part of an event that benefits an organization so near and dear to her heart. She is so excited to be back in her hometown and hit the DFC stage for the second time!

Isabella Holland

Isabella Holland began her dance training at the age of two, specializing in various styles including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Contemporary. She has participated in numerous performances within the community and surrounding areas, showcasing her talent in notable roles such as Clara and the Sugar Plum Fairy in “The Nutcracker All Jazzed Up.” Additionally, Isabella has had the privilege of performing in stage shows and parades at Walt Disney World, as well as on the iconic stages of Times Square and the New Amsterdam Theatre in New York City. Isabella is thrilled to be a part of Dancing for a Cause this year and is eager to contribute to raising awareness for local charities.

Nile Jones

Nile Jones is originally from Dallas, Texas and began his training at Dallas Black Dance Theatre. As a graduate of Booker T Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, Nile received a full scholarship to University of Cincinnati, and Alonzo King’s LINES Ballet Training Program. Since relocating to Atlanta, Nile has been blessed to work in feature films such as Coming 2 America, Real Housewives of Atlanta, and most recently Color Purple, the musical movie.    As an instructor, Nile culminates his concert dance and commercial background to feed young, aspiring artists a new perspective. Nile has worked with multiple colleges and universities such as Tennessee State, Ohio State, and Texas Southern University.

Roosevelt Williams

Roosevelt Williams, a native of Indianapolis, IN, discovered his passion for dance at the age of 14 with the esteemed local dance team, Too Much Dance Co. Under the mentorship of Shelita Dawson, he honed his skills in Hip-Hop. Three years later, driven by a bold vision, Roosevelt founded his own dance team at Warren Central High School, where he dedicated seven years to coaching before embarking on a new chapter in Atlanta, where he currently resides. In 2018, Roosevelt launched his professional dance career, securing his first role as a dancer for the Indianapolis Women’s Basketball team, The Indiana Fever. Following two successful seasons, he continued to make waves performing for three seasons with the Indianapolis Men’s basketball team, The Pacers. Currently Roosevelt teaches Health to high school students while pursuing his dream of dance.

Sara Sharples

Sara Sharples is a graduate of Brenau University and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance Studies, as well as the award for Outstanding Graduating Senior in Dance. While training at Brenau, Sara was a company member and soloist with the Gainesville Ballet Company and performed in productions of The Nutcracker, Into Grimms Woods, and A Frozen Ballet. Sara’s experience in film includes dancing as a Pep Squad Member for the movie, Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk. After graduating, she went on to become a company member and toured with The Utah Ballroom Dance Company. Her most recent performance experiences include A Christmas Carol Reimagined, Alice in Wonderland, and dancing with The Georgia Academy of Dance and Performing Arts where she danced the role of Captain Hook in Peter Pan and The Stepmother in Cinderella. Sara’s experience in choreography includes her self-produced show, Amethyst Bloom, as well as choreographing for dance studios around the metro Atlanta area. Sara is so excited to be dancing for a cause and is proud to be a part of this special event in helping to raise money and awareness for these important charities.
