Mark Linkesh

I was born in a small steel mill town in West Virginia and moved south when I attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. I met my wife, Nancy Hothem Linkesh, shortly after I graduated, and we have been together ever since. We moved to Gainesville about 20 years ago to be closer to Nancy’s family. It has been a great decision. I have met and worked with awesome people in Gainesville including the team at Clipper Petroleum, Inc. and others in the real estate and cattle farming businesses. I am dancing to honor my late mother-in law, Jean Hothem. She and my father-in-law, Arden, have been big supporters of the Dancing for a Cause events and have attended them all. Jean is the only person in the world I would do this for!!
