Katie Allen

I was born in Phoenix, Arizona as a “military brat,” and in middle school, moved with my family to Eagle Boys Ranch, which served as my home and my extended family. Soccer, running and all things outdoors held my interests before graduating from Johnson High School. Helping Gainesville look its very best, I’ve been fortunate to work as a Physician Assistant under the supervision of Dr. Glen Walton at Northeast Georgia Plastic Surgery for the last 17 years. To help educate patients further and encourage people to do things that make them feel their best, I’ve enjoyed dabbling with a podcast, @makemeprettypodcast. My daughter, Averie (13) and I proudly call Gainesville our home. I’m excited to participate in an event that has had such an impact on this community, but the realization that I may need to dance in front of actual people has me wondering exactly what tequila is capable of. Not enough!! Quick! Someone pass some to the judges. I am hoping to make it rain money on the night of our event so please vote for me, so I can see my dreams come true.
