Rustin Smith

I am a Gainesville native and partner in the trial practice group of Stewart Melvin & Frost. I am married to my beautiful wife, Jessica, and we have Conner (6), Emersyn (4), and baby Eleanor (<1). I completed GHCC’s Leadership Hall County and the State Bar’s Leadership Academy, was elected Jaycee of the Year, and served on the boards of both the Gainesville Jaycees and the Georgia Jaycees. I am also a long-serving board member of Family Promise of Hall County and Three Dimensional Life. My family and I are members of Free Chapel-Gainesville. I was drawn to Dancing for a Cause because the organizations it benefits are essential to our community’s heart. Also, it will finally provide me redemption for being unjustly ousted from the Backstreet Boys during their formative years due to my much-envied talents..
